HOW SHOULD I WASH MY ALEXIS MERA PIECES?
Currently all of the styles in our collection are machine wash cold with like colors, line dry. We like to wash all of our garments inside out, but that is up to you. A special note: Our printed printed styles should not be steamed/ironed.
WHERE IS ALEXIS MERA CLOTHING MANUFACTURED?
All of our collections are designed and manufactured in New York City.
WHAT IS DIGITAL PRINTING?
All of our printed designs are digitally printed on the base fabric. Did you know that digital printing is much safer for the environment and workers? Traditional rotary screen printing often uses hazardous inks and dyes and some screen printing methods use mass amounts of water in the dying process of the fabric, resulting in polluted waste water that can contaminate the ground. The equipment used for digital printing eliminates wastage, and reduces the use of water, for a truly green printing process. Digital printing also allows for small production runs, which reduces fabric overages after production, in turn also reducing wastage. Now you know.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING AND RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We've done our best to find the best shipping rates at the quickest delivery speed. Orders ship within 48 hours from when they are placed. Orders placed on the weekend will ship the next business day. U.S. orders ship for a flat rate of $5.00 from Brooklyn, NY to the Continental United States, and arrive in approximately 3 - 5 Business Days. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order ships.

All returns must be authorized by Alexis Mera. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation number and your reason for return/exchange and we will gladly email you a return slip free of charge.
We hope you love our loungewear as much as we do, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If for some reason you are not, return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. If your return exceeds the 14 day period, you will receive a store credit for the full amount of the item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with original garment tags attached. We will not accept returns/exchanges in any other condition. If you are making an exchange, please let us know style/color/size you would like to exchange for. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of new item ordered. We will ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes we do! We currently handle international orders by individual request via email at email@example.com.
If you let us know what you'd like to purchase, we'll do our best to get you the best ship rate possible and provide a quote for review.
Our suggestion: If you live outside the U.S., it makes sense to get a small group of your friends together on one order so the shipping costs can be split among friends. We promise to do our best to get you everything as quickly and smoothly as possible.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER AND WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Pre-order is a way of guaranteeing that you will receive the product you want in your size. As a small business, we produce small quantities, and do our best to open up pre-orders approximately 4 weeks to 6 weeks before the products are ready to ship. Delivery estimates are listed on the product pages for your convenience. If there are ever any delays in production, we will reach out to you right away and notify you of the new ship date. This does not happen often, but we want you to be aware just in case! Once items are in stock, they are listed on the website and available until we sell out of inventory. Pre-orders are charged at the time of order, and ship out as per the date listed on the relevant product page.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax will be calculated at check out, based on your final order. If you are ordering from outside of New York State, you will not be charged NYS sales tax. If an item is priced below $110 it is tax exempt in NYS. Currently all items in our collection are priced below $110.
