AM: Tell us a little bit about yourself and your typical day?
MB: I’m a nutritionist who is deeply and truly in love with what she does and full on the wellness journey. I love doing sports and being active so I train almost everyday different things – functional training, yoga, spinning and currently running since I will run the Miami Half Marathon in January. My days also include generating content for different brands that are in the healthy lifestyle-wellness area, which can range from food products, skin products and clothes.
AM: What inspired you to become a health coach and wellness writer?
MB: My passion for health and wellness. I pursued the nutrition and dietetics career and have been forever involved in the health and wellness arena. Educating and helping people achieve their goals is very rewarding, especially if the change is a long lasting and life modifier.

AM: We saw on Instagram that you’re currently training for a half marathon, any words of advice?
MB: Stay focused and have discipline. Setting challenges for yourself is a good way of staying in the right path and proving yourself that the sky is the limit. Also, nutrition is fundamental so having a proper and balanced diet is key for success.
AM: Tell us about this outfit! Which pieces did you pair your AM gear with, and why?
MB: A plain white top since I wanted the print to stand out. I later changed it to a black one, but either way, I chose 2 plain 1 color tops. The colors on the pants are so vibrant that I did not want to take away the spotlight from them. I also wore my black converse since I was not training at the gym but rather went for yoga at the beach.
AM: Where are 3 places you’d wear your new AM gear?
MB: Yoga class, to grab my fav coffee and the gym.
AM: What do you love most about your new AM piece?
MB: The way it feels, how it fits and the colors!
AM: How would you describe your style in two words?
MB: Bright and chic
AM: If you were deserted on an island, what one item would you want with you?
MB: A good book.
