#AMWEEKLY August 20, 2017
A Letter From Alexis!
We're mixing things up a bit at AM.
Each week, we'll be posting a letter from our founder/designer/jack of all trades, Alexis, on the blog. Expect updates on what's going on at the AM office - a closer look into what goes into designing, manufacturing and turning our ideas into a reality, for you to enjoy.
Check out the fifth one below!
Can't believe it's already August and summer's end is creeping up on us. Reflecting on the past season, I'm thrilled with how far AM has come. In addition to adding our signature jogger pants in more fun prints, this past spring we launched our first activewear line, and it performed with flying colors. Our Jungle Fever print was particularly popular, so we're restocking it this September for a third time.
We produce limited quantities each season with the goal of selling out before the season's end. Naturally, (even after analyzing sales from prior seasons) it's impossible to plan for the the EXACT quantities that we will sell. We made a little too much of a few styles, so lucky for you they are going on sale today. It's time for us to make room for new things that are coming this September! I'd love to invite you to enjoy 30% off our sale section here with code YAY (until next Sunday 8/27).
|Taking a look back at what we've done this season.|
A few of my favorite moments from this season are:
-Our trunk show at barre3 Ballard in Seattle. Testing out a new market has been really fun and the line has been very well received - I'm looking forward to more trunk shows happening this fall in NYC and Seattle.
-Starting our relationship with barre3, we're now carried in a handful of their studios - see all our stockists here.
-Chatting with Esther Gauthier, founder of AQUA Studio NY
-Our blog collab with Kayla Kleinman, I'm still incorporating these 5 yoga postures at my desk, on the daily.
-Starting AM Weekly newsletters (like the one you're reading right now), to share more of this exciting journey with all of you.
As always, thank you for your continued support! If you have any questions, please feel free to respond directly to this email - I would love to hear from you.
