We've got a lot to celebrate in September. Not only is it National Yoga Month, it's Self Improvement Month, too - and we think there's never been a better time to show ourselves a little extra love by doing something that's really good for us. Too many of us spend lots of time worrying about what we could be doing better, but this month we're changing the way we think.

You don't need to be perfect to do yoga, and there are plenty of women out there to remind us of just that. We've rounded up 5 motivating yogis on Instagram from all over the US who inspire us to love ourselves and our bodies.

Vivan Luo is a bicostal babe who's more than just a yoga enthusiast who jets back and forth between NYC and San Francisco - she's also a dedicated runner and surfer. Needless to say, her pics have us feeling a little FOMO.

Angela Orozco knows the true meaning of yoga is not about how you look, but how you feel. The Miami resident says "when you practice yoga, everything is a win win!" We like the way she thinks!
