Today was all about the Burpees! If you don't know what a Burpee is, you ought to give it a try. I still remember my first Burpee from about 3 years ago. My god, was that a struggle! Over the past three years I have lost about 40 pounds total and I have transformed my life style from that of a College Student a.k.a. Party Animal to an active, fit, and healthy lifestyle. It's been a great journey and I'm excited to share it all with you!
Here's what we did today:
20 Squat Jumps
20 Cleans (25lbs - not very heavy. We're all about the reps!)
20 Plank to Push Up Position
10 Push Ups
15 leg raises while sitting on a bench and using free weights for a chest press (all at the same time)
15 reverse sit ups
On Tuesday, we'll get back to arms!
Don't eat too much Easter candy! ;)
